About Caitlin

(They/She)
I am a neurodiverse (autistic/adhd), non-binary (autigender), and fat bodied intuitive holistic wellness guide and energy worker with a dryad fairy spirit who seeks to create spaces that honour the “others”, the people who are marginalized, and the people who go beyond the toxic definition of “normal”, all to facilitate healing in this world.

As an Aquarius Sun, Taurus Moon, and Libra Rising I deeply value the individual as well as the community because I truly believe that individual healing evolves into community healing, thus making the world a better place.

I was drawn to working within self love, healing, and trauma because of my own lived experiences with trauma, depression, anxiety, physical and mental disability, abuse, disordered eating, and experiencing discrimination based on sexuality, mental health, body size, and more. I sought ways to work on my own healing and wanted to share this gift with others.

My offerings don’t come from a place of being “better than” or “all knowing”. Like anyone else, I am human and I am imperfect and I will have a lifetime of healing work to do. The truth is I’ve never felt like someone meant to be on this physical plane but what I am sure of is that my purpose on this planet is to help create evolution and I believe each evolution starts with the self healing first and foremost.

Being in nature is essential to my being as well as a huge part in people connecting more deeply to themselves. This is why my offerings are often interwoven with nature.

I bring forth my gifts in ways that empower others to connect with and celebrate their authentic selves through embodiment, healing, and self care. Creating spaces that empower queer, neurodiverse, disabled, and people of all bodies is especially important to me.

I seek to challenge the “isms” and “phobias” that show up in wellness and spiritual spaces. I look for ways that my offerings and my existence can challenge the white supremacy, patriarchal, hetero-normative, binary, able bodied, capitalistic system.

The person I am influences how I guide and I seek to be a guide that helps people feel welcome, safer, and seen on their self care journeys. I dream of a world where people are safely living as their authentic selves and where we are free of oppressive systems of supremacy.

I live on and base my offerings from the traditional, ancestral, and stolen territories of the xʷməθkʷəəm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations, colonially named Vancouver. I was raised on Stö:lō territory, specifically of the qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen) nation. I have deep gratitude for the grace, wisdom, and sovereignty of these nations. I believe in and take action for land back and every child matters. I am committed to decolonization work and hope that my offerings reflect that.

My Purpose, Dream, and Intention

My purpose is to help others on their journeys of self care, healing, alignment, and embodiment. I believe that global healing starts on the individual level and how we interact within the world affects our community around us.

I dream of a world where oppressive systems don’t exist and our unique individualities are celebrated. A world full of compassion, understanding, and people living in alignment (which thus brings joy and peacefulness). For this world to exist, healing of collective trauma is required. The first step to healing collective trauma is to have the self awareness of our own personal traumas and to always be working on our healing.

My intention is to create a place for and embodiment of care and healing. I intend to guide others on their personal journeys of coming back to alignment with their true essence, knowing, and being. I seek to provide a soft nurturing space for support, co-regulation, words of affirmation, compassion, empowerment, learning for evolution of self, vulnerability, and honesty.
