About Caitlin

My name is Caitlin and my pronouns are She/Her/Hers and They/Them/Theirs. You can use either or both and you will notice I use both to speak of myself.

I live on, and base my offerings from, the traditional, ancestral, and stolen territories of the xʷməθkʷəəm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and ilwətaɁɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) nations, colonially named Vancouver. I was raised on Stö:lō territory, specifically of the qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen) nation.

I am an Autistic/ADHD, non-binary/autigender, pansexual, fat entity who lives with chronic pain and who has experience with both shock trauma and relational trauma (and thus anxiety and depression), disordered eating, and more. I am an Aquarius sun, Taurus moon. I am an intuitive energy reader/worker. In my spirit I am a dryad fairy. And if you asked my mom she would tell you I am a light worker.

I’ve never felt like someone meant to be on this physical plane but what I am sure of is that my purpose on this planet is to help create evolution and I believe each evolution starts with the self first and foremost. I bring forth my gifts in ways that empower others to connect with and celebrate their authentic selves through embodiment, healing, and self care.

The person I am influences how I guide. As someone who experiences stigma, ableism, and discrimination and so often doesn’t see myself represented, I seek to be a guide that helps people feel welcome, safe, and seen on their self care journeys. I dream of a world where people are living as their authentic selves and where we are free of oppressive systems of supremacy.

My Purpose, Dream, and Intention

My purpose is to help others on their journeys of self care, healing, alignment, and embodiment. I believe that global healing starts on the individual level.

I dream of a world where oppressive systems don’t exist and our unique individualities are celebrated. A world full of compassion, understanding, and people living in alignment (which thus brings joy and peacefulness). For this world to exist, healing of collective trauma is required. The first step to healing collected trauma is to have the self awareness of our own personal traumas and to always be working on our healing.

My intention is to create a place for and embodiment of care and healing. I intend to guide others on their personal journeys of coming back to alignment with their true essence, knowing, and being. I seek to provide a soft nurturing space for support, co-regulation, words of affirmation, compassion, empowerment, learning for evolution of self, vulnerability, and honesty.
